At K.Mack Fitness we offer a range of services including personal training, group fitness, bootcamps and Metafit.
The sessions vary in duration and intensity and can be modified to suit most fitness levels. We try to vary the training sessions with some being out doors, some indoors, some strengthening and conditioning and some the full on HIIT smashfest that the diehards are asking for.
