We run regular 6-8week bootcamps and fitness challenges throughout the year.

These programs include 2 bootcamp sessions per week, meal plans, training plans, access to all of the other classes and 24hour support.

Conducted mostly outdoors the sessions are varied and challenging, fun yet rewarding.  We cover all types of training including boxing, running, circuit work, military style sessions, metafit and much, much more.

You will be trained by fully qualified PT’s who specialise in womens health, athletics and strengthing and conditioning.
